Abigail’s Delights began with our daughter’s diagnosis of coeliac disease, inspiring our passion for gluten free baking.

Today, we use that experience to create ready-made, undecorated cake bases made without gluten and dairy containing ingredients, helping professional decorators and home bakers save time, simplify preparation and focus on their creativity.

Great care is taken to ensure all our equipment and environment is clean thoroughly before, during and after each use.

Our equipment has only been used with gluten free products, but at times dairy and other allergen containing ingredients have been used.

As our kitchen is also our home it handles gluten containing ingredients, but not during the manufacture of our products. Therefore, we cannot guarantee allergy free products.
